The team will target the most profitable popular film genres (ie:adventure, thriller, comedy, family, Sci-fi) with production budgets averaging between USD 12 million to USD 35 million.
Hadeel Reda
Owner/Producer
Hadeel Reda has over 25 year experience in developing, producing and financing feature films. Recently she completed production on THE WIZARD, staring Jon Voight (MISSION IMPOSSIBLE) and George Kosturos. She also just finished production on HARBINGER DOWN, Sci Fi action thriller starring Lance Hendriksen, with Academy Award winner Alex Gillis (VFX ALIENS) directing. The film's theatrical release due Fall 2015. Released in 2015, INTO THE GRIZZLY MAZE, which Reda developed and produced starring BILLY BOB THORTON (SLING BLADE) and JAMES MARSDEN (X-MEN). Also this year, Reda arranged financing for the JASON BATEMAN (HORRIBLE BOSSES) directed film FAMILY FANG, starring NICOLE KIDMAN (MOULIN ROUGE) and CHRISTOPHER WALKEN (CATCH ME IF YOU CAN). She is currently developing THE BERLIN GAME, a WWII heist thriller with Martin Campbell to direct (CASINO ROYALE).
Chief Executive Officer of Winchester Films, Ms. Reda founded that company in 1998 as the Los Angeles division of the UK publicly-traded Winchester Entertainment, plc, a film company focused on film financing, production and International distribution. As CEO, Ms. Reda established innovative film financing structures and international Output deals for Chuck Gordon (DIE HARD), where she created overall first look deals with heavy-hitting producers/directors such as Richard Donner/Lauren Shuler Donner (X-MEN) and Wind Dancer Producer Group (WHAT WOMEN WANT). Reda oversaw the international sales efforts of over 30 pictures during her time there. Reda started at Winchester as Head of Production, developing and Executive producing a slate of co-financed films.
Ms. Reda executive produced 16 BLOCKS starring BRUCE WILLIS and directed by Richard Donner (SUPERMAN), which was released by WARNER BROS. Her executive producer credits also include the number one U.S. box office hit HEARTBREAKERS, starring SIGOURNEY WEAVER and GENE HACKMAN; the comedy SCORCHED starring WOODY HARRELSON and JOHN CLEESE; as well as Joel Silver’s (THE MATRIX) actioner JANE DOE starring TERI HATCHER. Also in an Executive Producing capacity, Ms. Reda has projects set up at Sony, Paramount, Universal, Fox and Warner Brothers with other A-level talent attached.
Ms. Reda joined Winchester after four years as an executive at The Walt Disney Company, working both in Feature Film development and International Distribution for Disney’s feature films. She oversaw the international marketing campaigns for THE LION KING, POCAHONTAS and Tim Burton’s THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

ROMAN VIARIS

Roman Viaris serves as financial adviser to Red A Entertainment, aiding the company with budgeting, .
Roman Viaris also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Gaumont International Television (GIT), a television production and distribution company. Mr. Viaris handles all financial matters of the company including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, lines of credits, and funding for the company’s various television projects - with over $300M in loan and production funding to date.
Prior to joining GIT, Mr. Viaris held top executive financial positions (CFO and SVP of Finance) at Nu Image / Millennium Films, Voltage Pictures, and Freedom Films, and served as executive producer and financial consultant to various independent production companies. During his tenure as finance executive, Mr. Viaris was responsible for all banking and financing matters related to film production, corporate cash flow, tax defeasance investments and government tax credits, development and maintenance of the companies’ film library valuation. Over that period, Mr. Viaris managed the financing and funding of over 30 films with over $250 million in production funding.
Prior to his CFO and SVP Finance positions, Mr. Viaris was Assistant Vice President at Comerica Bank’s Entertainment Group. Mr. Viaris managed a portfolio of production and corporate loans of over $150 million and was responsible for the analysis and structuring of project loans and structured corporate debts for a diverse clientele including companies such as Nu Image, Fireworks Entertainment and Seven Arts Pictures.
Roman Viaris graduated cum laude, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.
